Review the invoice
Open the invoice or checkout offered in your account. Check the company, service, selected options, currency and total. Ask the team about an unfamiliar charge before continuing.
After checkout
A return from checkout is not by itself confirmation of payment. Check the payment status recorded in the portal. If the status is unclear, retain the payment reference and contact the team before paying again.
Recurring plans
If a service offers a recurring plan, review its billing period and cancellation conditions separately. Buying a formation package or joining the newsletter does not by itself enroll you in a recurring plan.
