Update available fields in your profile. In privacy settings, the account export provides available account records; it is not a copy of every uploaded document and some identifiers are masked.
Request a review
Use the privacy deletion-request option or contact support with a clear description. Identity verification may be required. A request is reviewed; it is not confirmation that every record has already been erased.
Records that may remain
Retention can depend on outstanding work, legal or accounting obligations, disputes and security needs. Ask which records are affected in your case. See the privacy policy for how the website and portal handle information.
